look inside your heart... is love still there. if it is then.. let it speak to you... listen... so you may start speaking love too..
look at the beautiful thing around you... try to appreciate things that are there even though you did nothing to contribute to their existence..
look up to the heavens... be thankful... you should know that someone up there cannot go tired of looking at you, understanding you even if you are not understandable...
look at yourself, yes your physical self at the mirror... ask yourself, what else could have I done... to put an end to all these chaos.....
when you, yourself cannot find your inner peace..
