today, i am attending a training on web 2.0..... not because i don't have any idea on the subject..but i want to believe that I have something to share(naks)..... But, really, seriously- that's the real essence of the web 2.0- being interactive, highlighting the capability to contribute.. not so long time ago the web is just a portal of information.... what's there is there..it's final and you can't change, comment nor suggest anything about it. now, blogs, rants, social networking sites are the buzz words. people are so empowered that they can express what they feel and in doing so, people become so powerful that they can reach everybody on the planet and tell them about their ideas. companies in the past are vigilant about customer complaint channeled through their call centers and branch operations. Now, the web is another BIG venue for complaint. a customer ranting negatively on a certain experience serves as a warning to those who are just about to avail of such product or service. me myself browses the web before buying new gadgets or even before trying a resto. kaya if you have a friend or if you know someone who's not into web2.0 yet.... better encourage them to start now.. or they might have a lot to catch up soon..... :)
