reminiscing my up north adventures
5:30 am, earlier today, listening to the radio riding a cab on my way to the gym, the commentator said Naguillan Road is now partially open to vehicles. It was devastated by the flood brought about by the dam outpouring due to typhoon PARMA. Baguio was literally isolated for days now since the flooding and landslides last week. Vegetable prices including those flowers selling at Dangwa dramatically became a lot more expensive. My memories of Baguio are mostly escapades from my stressful metropolis lifestyle. I remember walking from our transient house to almost any point of the city. It's alright to walk, the temperature is lovely anyway. I had a lot of side trips, food trip, ukay2 trip, market trip and naughty trips up there (alam nyo na yun hahaha). I missed someone in Baguio actually. I hope he's okay. One of these days I'm going back and see for myself if I can still enjoy as much as I did...
